any good online/residential courses for law?

(I’m in y12 for reference) I have applied to a sutton trust summer school and the reading scholars program - although I think it’s too early to have heard back from either yet - but I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other universities that were doing something law-related that would be quite useful to put on a personal statement

Good evening,

I hope your application went well, and that you may have heard back from the scholar's program.

In the meantime you may want to look at the Virtual Tour, which prospective students can look at from their homes. I highly recommend you have a look at the Virtual Tour; it provides an insight into the campus.

If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know, and we will be happy to help.

All the best,

Hello @user29684220

If you are keen to learn more about law one of the starting steps you could take is reading books about the area, such as The Secret Barristers' books as these are really valuable. Letters to a Law student by McBride would also be a very valuable book for you to read at this point.

In terms of online courses, I would greatly encourage you to check out open learn and Future Learn as they both offer free online courses in Law and all other subjects. This would help you build your knowledge and show an interest in law which is always valuable.

If you have any further questions please do let me know.
