Durham University Economics

Hi
Can someone please advise which college is best for Economics. I would like a college with meals provided and not shared rooms. Newly renovated rooms can be an added bonus.

Well done for getting into Durham! As a fellow Economics student, I will say that which college you are in doesn't really matter because all the colleges are close to the teaching sites Durham use so it doesn't really make a difference in terms of academics!
I would recommend checking out the college prospectus to see which colleges are catered and which have no shared rooms! I believe if you want to completely avoid shared rooms, St Mary's and Van Mildert are the only catered colleges that fit the description! However, colleges that do have shared rooms will still consider your accommodation preferences so it might be worth looking at the other catered colleges too!
