Question from an international applicant about portfolio and documents submission...

So I'm going for an illustration course. I have sent my submission via UCAS already before the deadline on the 28th, but UCAS does not provide an option to submit any links to a portfolio or documents to confirm legitimacy of exam grades, achievements etc. if you're applying internationally.

Should I e-mail the documents as well as my illustration portfolio to the schools' admission teams today, right before the deadline's end, or should I wait for the schools to contact me first? I don't know if the deadline would matter or not for me, because my UCAS application has already gone through, if I keep waiting but they reach out in February I will still be counted for equal consideration? Did I submit way too late and shouldn't have waited this long?

Every university will have slightly different preferences.

They should have information on their website about portfolio submissions. If they require qualifications or documentation they will contact you to ask.

Keep checking your junk/spam folder. If you are given an applicant portal login then use it as they may contact you that way.
