Will I be eligible for full funding?

Hi,
I had previously studied 2 years plus a repeated year at a different university. But I dropped out due to a few personal reasons and not enjoying the course. I’m hoping to go back to university this year but I’m just wondering if I will be eligible for full funding.

So you've had three years of funding in total? It will depend on what you want to study. There are some exception courses for which you would get full funding (nursing, midwifery, AHP). Otherwise the calculation would be:

Length of new course + 1 (gift year) - previous study
E.g. for a 3-yr course: 3 + 1 - 3 = 1

Which means that you would have to pay the tuition fees for the first two years. If the reason you left was due to health issues, bereavement, etc. you might get an additional year (or two) by applying for compelling personal reasons.

Some courses could also be funded if you chose to study part time.
