Warwick MORSE vs ECON

I applied to Warwick for MORSE initially and received an offer of A*A*A*A. I took Russian A-Level a year early so am able to get rid of an A star. However, I initially switched to MORSE because I was not confident in my TMUA score and was unsure if I would get into Warwick Econ. After getting my TMUA score back (was still mid), I contacted Warwick to see if a swap in the course was possible and they just replied to me today saying that my request has been accepted and that I have 5 working days to fill out the form if I decide that I want to swap. The offer for econ they have given is just A*A.

Now I am unsure if I want to switch as I do enjoy maths and think doing a more math-heavy course at University could be good, especially if wanting to go into IB in the future. Still waiting on Cambridge, LSE and UCL offers so Warwick is around 3rd-4th choice but still want to pick the best course just in case.

So essentially am asking, is it worth confirming the swap for the slightly easier grades and am asking what is the difference in MORSE and ECON for respectability and employability post-university, for IB in particular.

Thank you.
Neither economics nor MORSE (nor history of art...) is better for investment banking - investment bankers don't do advanced maths. They do a lot of really basic maths at large scale via spreadsheets and such.

I'd suggest focusing on the differences in the courses and what you would prefer to study. Bear in mind maths in terms of a maths degree (i.e. the better chunk of the MORSE course) is very different to maths at A-level - even the applied/applicable maths tends to be abstract, and the pure maths is essentially purely proof based. It's a totally different type of maths and liking maths at A-level doesn't necessarily mean you'll like maths degree maths!
Thank you for your reply, is there a difference in respectability between the two courses? And I am assuming MORSE would also keep other potential career paths open as well, like on the lines of quant trading and others.
