Can I apply for a degree apprenticeship while already doing an apprenticeship?

I'm not enjoying my current apprenticeship in accounting but I think it is mostly because of my workplace, I find it to be a toxic environment. I'm in my first year of my apprenticeship and I would like to apply for the same apprenticeship but with a different company. Will this be possible?
