lahp abstract (non-technical summary) advice?

hey!

finalising lahp application stuff but honestly the non-technical summary has me stumped...i'm a first year phd and wouldn't consider my research in any way technically complex but i also have no idea how to effectively sum it up in 100 words. i also can't find ANY examples anywhere. anyone have any advice? the abstract writing guides online are all based around 200-300 words, which i feel like i'd be fine with.

would really appreciate any advice!
