Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. The studio is an upper floor studio (13th floor) in Grand Felda House. The rent for this is £322 per week but with this lease you will be paying £270 per week. I have paid the first 2 instalments which is till April 16th but the room will be available from April 11th so you have a few days rent free. The lease is until July 19th and if you stay in the same room, you will be able to extend for a summer lease until September (with one week rent free) and rebook for the same price (2025-26) too.

The price you will pay is for the last instalment (£2700) which is for 10 weeks. It is then up to you whether to begin a summer lease or rebook for September in the same studio.

The room has:
• ¾ size double bed with under bed storage
• wardrobe
• En-suite bathroom with shower and WC
• Full-length mirror
• Study desk with drawer space and chair
• Fridge freezer
• Combi microwave oven
• 2-ring hob with extractor

The property is inclusive of all bills, free wifi, has a cinema room, games room, communal lounge and comes with a free membership for the gym next door (with a pool).

Close to Wembley station which gets you to Baker Street in 2 stops, and a short 10 minute walk from Wembley Stadium Railway Station and 20 minutes from Wembley Central.

You must be a student in the UK to take over this tenancy.

Hello, I am interested in taking over from the 14th of June till the 26th of July. I have booked a room already from the 13th of September in the same accommodation and they can push it back to the 26th of July because that is when the last tenant's contract ends for my studio. However, because my placement starts early, I was looking for someone to give up their contract from mid June till when I can get my studio (26th of July). Is that possible?
