gcse aqa eng lit quotes

hi ) I have mocks soon, so just thought I'd pop a question here:

I'm trying to find some quotes for Animal Farm and nothing is SPEAKING to me, yknow? Like I want something I can instantly call on that covers lots of themes and has a specific technique and just has a lot for me to write about and link to. If you have any juicy quotes or really unique ones to share, do leave a msg.

I also do Jekyll and Hyde if you have any for those, but I have a good idea of what I'll be using.

Ty in advance, if you're also looking for some ideas hopefully we'll get some good responses xx

You can use certain websites that can give you key quotes for your books. I personally use seneca but I study Macbeth and A Christmas Carol so I'm not sure how useful that will be to you. However, seneca does have Jekell and Hyde so you could use that. Also you could use AI to give you quotes and analyse the themes within them.

However, you need to pick what speaks out to you so that you will be able to remember them.

i do jekyll and hyde and cannot speak for rest. I don't know what grade your working at but if your aiming for a 9 my tips ..

( quotes such as )

' ape like fury '

' trampled calmly over girls body '

are very basic quotes that everyone will remember/ use

finding quotes that not everyone uses is key as it shows your deeper level of understanding. the quotes above are good but add more quotes. A grade 9 student uses on average 12/13 quotes per essay therefore i stress learning as many as you can. ( Btw do use those quotes , you can pretty much use them for every question ) I'm just showing you that the more the better and the higher levels you can hit!!!

I'm currently aiming for a 9, I'm usually getting 28-30 on the 30 markers and then 30-32 on the 34s. However, we are given a sort of idea on what they're on since it's related to our recent few lessons. I only use around 6-10, so 12/13 sounds like a lot icl. I'm struggling on finding uncommon ones that overlap on themes. It seems there isn't another way other than knowing a bunch to ensure I'm not lost in the exam~
Do you have any unique ones which overlap?

i can’t say rlly any quote is better than another some are more used and therefore as an examiner marking hundreds of papers seeing new quotes may make them mark nicer if you get what i mean. if you look up there’s plenty of quotes. the most important thing is that you can use that quote , give different layers of interpretation and then link to some context
