same. what’s weird is the interviewer did say at the end ‘we get a lot of applicants so expect to hear back as late as the end of February’ which i thought wasn’t too bad, but it’s now almost the end of March and still nothing. I haven’t seen other people get any offers so i’m not too worried though.

had it mid january and applied back in October. i’ve been waiting for agesss

short. Goes by so quick, that was my second Ucl one so I guess it wasn’t too bad. 2 male interviewers, 5 minutes to go through my entire portfolio, then 15 minutes of questions. Interviews are 20 minutes and mine finished by 20.36 (recorded it). So they’re pretty strict with time. If you don’t finish explaining your portfolio in 5 minutes they will cut you off, btw. Nothing extraordinary tbh if you’re well prepared you’ll be fine.

it would be 5 minutes of just you speaking about your portfolio. No interruptions unless it’s a time warning from them. Then questions directly after for about 15 minutes.

They asked me questions, only one of which was about the portfolio. They asked me to share the design processes of one project. They nodded when I shared and didn't ask any further questions.

Oh yeah, I had my interview a few days ago. Same thing as u BUT WHY DID MY INTERVIEW END UP BEING 30 MINS. IM SO CONFUSED. THEY DIDNT CUT ME OFF AT ALL. and then I got self-conscious about how I was just speaking non-stop and they were staring at me blankly BLANKLY

Honestly don't worry about it too much - maybe you're overthinking things and it may actually be a good sign that they let you speak longer, as, if they didn't like what you were laying down, they wouldn't have let you go on nearly as long. The fact that you managed to get to interview stage is already very impressive, considering how competitive ucl is. May I ask when you submitted your portfolio?
