If I wan to stay where I am?

I’ve been working out for a bit if I want to stay where I am do I need to keep increasing my workout or can I ease off or what I don’t mean stop but maybe do 8or 9 miles on the bike instead of 11.5 like I do now.

I think it depends on your diet too. Why don't you use an app like MyFitnessPal. It lets you see how your current caloric intake would affect the amount of exercise you need if you want to maintain your current weight.
On days where you log more exercise your calorie goals that day would change so that you aren't losing weight (since I'm assuming that's not the goal for you).
