Rejection from Kings college for Economics

My DD received rejection from Kings college yesterday for Economics
She is bit heartbroken as it's very early rejection.
and they didn't give any reason, Just Compitition for places is very high hence you are unsuccessful.

Hello what was her stats by any chance GCSEs a levels and any activities she done for her PS? My friend applied to LSE.

GCSE- 9999999887 and A in Adv Maths(higest you can get)
A level- A*A*AA(Maths, Econ, Geography, Further Maths(AS))
PS- according to everyone is very good(but it can be very subjective, she did Work expriance in JP Morgan and Rollay hollaway Uni' Economics dept.
Talked alot about Development econimics and her readings and quantitative economincs and Data analysis related projects around Dev econ +quantitative econ project
