Should this be the end of us?

I 24(male) am married to my wife 27(female) we have been married for 4 years but have been together for 10 years on and off this is where it gets complicated when we broke up she got with my brother 38 (male) This was 7 years ago, it hurt me for a long time but I got over it as I relized life is to short to hold grudges so I forgave them and we got back together. Before we got back together my brother come out as gay this made me feel less threatened. After being back together for years we tied the knot and we are more in love than ever, there is only one problem, whenever we are doing the naughty she calls me my brothers name which at first i thought was an accident but it keeps happening and it’s made me question if we should even be together anymore. When I confronted her about she said it was just a clip of the tongue and I should move on and forget about it .My brother is now happily married to a really nice man who had 2 children so my brother is stepdad to them so I doubt there is something going on between them. Another reason this is complicated is we just found out we are expecting our first child June, so if I’m going to end our marriage I would like to do it before the baby arrives. So I would like you advice please am I being to trusting or do I have a right to be worried and should I end our relationship?

Not sure if this is a joke or not?
Your wife has been with your brother after you both were together and is now calling you his name multiple times? this implies she is thinking of him during this.
I wouldn't have forgiven it in the first place but the red flags are still there even after what she did.
