What's the Wi-Fi speeds like around Penryn?
I've dealt with bad Wi-Fi speeds, even in urban areas, but it's kind of important to me that I don't have horrific download speeds or anything.

I'm a current PhD student at the University of Exeter's Penryn Campus, and have been based here for my PhD, Masters and undergraduate degrees. Personally I've never had any issues with slow internet, including when on campus and living in halls of residence. If you're especially concerned, you might want to search online and use broadband speed checkers such as this to compare different areas around Penryn and Falmouth. For reference, the campus postcode is TR10 9FE, so it looks like there is super fast but not ultra fast broadband available.
