If you’re looking for the best university in terms of 1 to 1 with the professor and the student, I’d have to say that it’s Burgas Medical University. You don’t really get this with the other bigger universities so it’s difficult to build this type of rapport anywhere else.
I can hand on my heart say that the professors are genuinely so good + helpful. They always come around the class to make sure you understand everything and fully encourage you to ask questions.
