Help about online Morrisons assessment
It is a busy Friday evening, you are working on the checkouts and an elderly customer has a lot of heavy bags, you are concerned they will be unable to lift them out of the trolley into their car.

I would probably ask another member of staff if it's possible to assist the elderly person with there shopping bags if you were seriously concerned about them.
Usually online supermarket assessment is easy to do if you actually read the question and if there's any options to the question then think about it before you answer it.
They are supposed to be based on real life situation within the supermarket.
Don't work with Morrisons but work part-time with a big name chemist.
