Have you thought of changing environment for your studies? You can try library, quiet coffee shop, or a different empty room in the house.
2.
You know why you are studying, you might just probably struggle with your goals. You can break your goals into specific and manageable ones. And be really specific - reading chapter 4 a making notes. This will make the task less overwhelming.
3.
Have you established a routine? If your brain will get used to some repeating tasks every day, it will be easier for you to do it. If your mind knows that every day you study from a certain time with a break at a certain time, you will find your motivation more easily.
4.
Ask yourself why you want to study: Is it career, personal development or other goals?
5.
Keep your study materials organized, this will motivate you to study more.
6.
Always rewards yourself after each day of completing studying (do/eat what you love after that).
7.
If you find a study group in your area, then you sign up to come let's say every Thursday and you will see other people to study, you will be more motivated
8.
Be positive and visualize success how you managed to finish your studies and what it will bring you.
9.
Inspire yourself from successful people in your field
10.
Have you also thought of finding a mentor for yourself? They might help address the challenges you are facing right now.
