Need to read right to the end. Email says reply by 3/03/25. Good luck to her and all on the waiting list. Things can change.

Judging by the numbers on here/main Sunderland A100 group and from previous years and the FOI requests I would say over 100.

Over 100 on waiting is a lot… it’s a very unlikely chance… as places are only 100😨
I think they give out 200 plus offers in first place atleast

Being placed on a waiting list for a medical school means you have a better chance of getting a place compared to being outright rejected

my friend is also the waiting list but she got a different email where they offered her an alternative course option as well ? I didn't get one like that though , does that mean I lower down the list ?

I assume that alternative courses are not offered to applicants at the top of the list

what are the chances of being accepted from waitlist ? I have heard people say that a waiting list is like a soft rejection ☹️ . I really put my bet on Sunderland because that is the only one I have received an interview for so far
