Maths at strathclyde 2025

Hi i have recieved unconditional offers from aberdeen dundee and heriot watt for maths. I have 6 As in nat5 chem,physics,bio,english,maths,french and 2As in higher maths and english and 3Bs in higher chem bio and physics
i’m predicted an A in advanced higher maths and a B in advanced higher chem and a pass in level 6 statistics. i haven’t heard anything back from strathclyde yet and this is my top choice. how likely is it that i’ll get an offer with these grades? thanks

Hey Anon, don't worry that you've not heard back yet 🙂 The UCAS deadline was this week so our admissions teams will now have received all of their applications.
With AABBB at Higher, and an A in Higher Maths we'll be able to consider you for an offer as usually we look for AABB/ABBBC (with A Higher Maths and Advanced Higher Maths recommended). You've got a good combination of subjects at the right grades so it's likely we'd be able to consider you for an offer. I can't guarantee anything as I'm not a member of the admissions team, but hopefully you hear back from them soon. Let me know when you do! 🙂
