tease a girl about a guy

Is it ok if I tease a girl I like from work about a guy she maybe likes?
Has possible crush (she denies it vaguely)to a dude who happens to be the manager's son. She laughs when I tease her about that, and about other stuff..

Will she notice any jealousy or affection from my side if I keep doing that, or will she think it's just friendly teasing? What can I do or say for her to look at me differently?

p.s. not the only one doing that, one guy also teases her as well

If she seem to like it it is ok.
Ask her one time if it's ok with her or she feels hurt or something because you don't mean to hurt her in any way. It's nice to ask that and shows that you care.
