Which uni is better for children nursing ?

If you had to choose a uni for children nursing out of :

Kingston University

London south bank university ( LSBU)

University of Greenwich

Which one would you choose and why ? If you’re currently a studen, why did you choose the uni that you studied at.

Thank you for answering in advance

Hey, :hello:

Choosing the right university for you is important!

Everyone has different opinions and experiences at university.

I would recommend that you attend open events at different universities to make sure that the university and course is right for you. You can chat to academics and current students about the university and course. You can also check out the university's facilities and the local area. You should be able to find out the dates of each universities open events by checking out there website. If you cannot find anything on there I would email the university.

I hope that helps!

Hey!,👋🏼
I am currently studying adult nursing at Kingston university, so i can share a bit about my experience here. Kingston has strong links with the NHS trusts which gives us nursing students good placement opportunities.

The facilities, like the ward based suites and simulation area, i have found really useful for developing skills you need to excel as a nursing student, outside of hospital based placements. The lecturers are supportive and can be approached at any time you have difficulties. Theres also a lovely community feel at the Kingston hill campus and a nursing students community, which helps you feel settled in☺️.

If you are considering Kingston, I would recommend attending our open day and checking our website for the course structures, modules and placement NHS locations offered to students. I hope that helps and i wish you the best of luck with your decision!🍀. Dont hesitate to reach out if you have further questions.
