Imperial Or Bristol For investment banking?

I'm currently deciding between universities for my biochemistry application and I'm torn between Imperial and Bristol. Imperial undoubtedly holds greater prestige, particularly with employers in competitive fields like investment banking. However, after speaking with several biochemistry students there, I've heard consistent concerns about the intense workload, limited free time, and minimal student support during the first year. On the other hand, Bristol appears to offer a more balanced and relaxed academic experience. I'm grappling with whether the additional academic pressure at Imperial is justified by the potential career advantage, or if Bristol would provide a more sustainable path while still offering similar career opportunities. Thank you for reading this.
