Im 23 and my mom has been telling me to get something to do since im seating at alone all day..the thing is that she never told me that before during my adulthood while I was doing that, why is that?!

Maybe because she expected you to have some self-motivation? She's fed up with you sitting around and wants you to contribute to your household and society?
Should the question be about what you can do other than sit around, rather than what your mum is doing?
