Hi there,

Did you apply originally on a EU application and now sent a PN1 Form?

Thanks,

Hi dadaf,

You should receive an entitlement letter that has 0.00, when the asssessors cancel the EU application to allow the PN1 to be fully processed manually.

Is your new application showing as approved on your account or is it still in the queue?

Hi dedaf, when changing from one application type to another (EU to SFE) we are required to remove the original application to allow this to transfer over to the new application. As the application is currently still under review, the notification you will have recieved will be in response to the removal of the original application (Eu) while we are awaiting the switch to the new application (SFE). Once complete, a new award notification will be issued to confirm that this has now been completed. Thanks, Stephen.
