Hi, I got a 9 in Physics GCSE and I asked my GCSE teacher this when taking my own GCSE's. He said that "that answer wouldn't get you the mark on a paper. Saying 'change in velocity/speed with respect to time' means basically the same thing and is guaranteed to give you a mark"
