HMRC Customer Service Advisor - Edinburgh Applicants
Hi everyone,
I applied for the HMRC Customer Service Advisor role in Edinburgh and successfully passed the assessment with a score in the 97th percentile. I submitted my pre-recorded interview on 24/01/2025 and am currently awaiting the results.
Has anyone else here applied from Edinburgh? Does anyone have any updates on when we can expect the interview results? Also, does HMRC base their merit ranking solely on interview performance, or do they consider other factors as well?
