Leeds Arts University

hi all, i sent my ucas application in in mid november to study illustration and still haven’t heard any sort of response from leeds - all my other universities sent emails to make accounts and portfolios etc, but i’ve heard nothing from leeds. would like to know if this is common or if it’s a problem with my application! thanks

I’ve sent in an application to Leeds Arts too, I did hear back from them requesting my portfolio but since sending that in I still haven’t received anymore updates from them.
Before they sent me an email requesting my portfolio I did send an email to admissions to chase up my application, when I’ve talked to other people who have applied to Leeds arts they also say Leeds Arts haven’t got back to them yet so it seems they just take it slower than other universities… you’re not alone 😅.

Hi, if this is for Leeds Arts Uni then yes I’m having the same problem. I only submitted my application for music production there just before the deadline, but I’d still heard no response a week ago - whereas I’d been contacted regarding every other application. I have spoken to their applications team and also UCAS student support and they apparently did send me an email which I never received. I’m still trying to get it sorted with them as the emails aren’t coming through ☹️ Hope this helps! Perhaps if you also contact them at [email protected] they might take more notice of the issue.

this is the exact same thing that happened to me! i did email them and apparently they sent me an email 3 days after i sent my UCAS in but i never received it. this must be a common problem they’re having!

I’m glad I’m not the only one, though frustrated on your behalf. I’ve sent another email in to say I still haven’t received their email (which they resent) so if you also have the same issue maybe they will join the dots. Can I ask if you’re applying with A level grades or without them? I already have mine and had been wondering if there was an issue because my UCAS account is still linked to my old school email which I can no longer use. Though I have checked they’re sending it to my other one.

Our Admissions team are still processing applications, but if you are worried you haven't heard from us then we'd suggest you check your junk/spam folder just in case our emails have ended up in there, or you can contact the team directly at [email protected].
