Costain Graduate Program 2025

Hi there,
I applied to costain around 21st December. I haven’t heard anything yet. I checked my candidate portal recently and the status says testing to be scheduled.
Is it the same for you?

Fortunately not, but if I were you, I’d email first thing tomorrow morning!

I was made to re-do my application last month as they implemented a new system and I was told I was successful and will hear soon about next steps.

Let me know how you get on or whatever you hear!

Hey, same thing with me ive emailed a few times and they just keep saying sorry theres delays bc of a new system and to keep an eye out for an email

I can see that a second application was made on my account. Although I haven’t made this. I haven’t had any reverts from this company even after emailing them.

I got an email this morning confirming my spot to an AC, but no set date which was apparently sent to me prior, but I do not have, nor have I seen an email... luckily, the lovely HR manager's looking into it, so I hope you get news soon, too!

Short-listed straight to an AC after my online assessment.

I think you, like most, will hear something by next week!

I will keep you all posted as I am not sure how many AC Costain do, but they seem to be advertising the hell out of their Grad Roles still.

Hey. Did you have to perform a presentation for your AC and if so was it in front of the other candidates or just in front of the interviewers? Havent done an AC before and I’m quite anxious about it!

Also how many other candidates were at the AC with you and what sort of activities did you have to do?

When is your AC date and what role did you apply for?

I know one attending an AC in London on the 20th, but my AC is still to be scheduled as per the candidate profile and I was invited to said AC mid Feb, so I am not too sure what's happening my end... sadly, I am not confident like I once was.

Hey! Mine is also on the 20th and it’s for a process engineering job - is that what your friends is for? Have you tried following up by emailing their early careers team?

I went Grad Electrical Engineering, so maybe it’s a separate date for me, but I’m not too sure.

I sent them an email on Thursday, so if I don’t hear anything by tomorrow, then I’ll hassle them again. 😂

Hi, yes they will. For the accommodation I believe it’s only if your travel time is over two hours.

Did they share if there’s only one AC?

As of right now, it seems you guys are going for a Process Engineering role, but it I believe other roles will be there.

What location did you choose? At first I went Durham, but was made to reapply and it’s now stating Brighton. 😂
