Any career in maths and chemistry where I could earn really well?

I’m doing my GCSEs rn and I am interested to take Chemistry and Maths and English literature a levels . The thing is I’m kinda interested in law but unsure about it . Is it possible to go to any law field with a levels above or is there any field related to chemistry or maths or both where I could get a really good income (around £80,000 per year or around that) It would be even more helpful what kinda uni courses or progression will be better in this case. Thank you

Firstly, focus on your GCSEs, get strong grades as some courses at uni have GCSE requirements and you may certain grades to do certain subjects at A Level.

If you do Maths, Chemistry and English Lit, it is unlikely you'll be able to do a maths degree without further maths at a top uni. Engineering tends to be a high paying field linked to maths, but it is unlikely you'll be able to get on most engineering courses without A Level Physics, so keep that in mind if you're interested in it.

You could do Law with those subjects, there isn't typically specific subject requirements but there is an expectation you do an essay writing subject so doing English Lit is a good idea if you are considering that route.

You do not need to be 100% sure what you want to do at uni but you want to keep as many doors open as possible and A Level Maths will definitely help with that. I don't think it is the best idea to only want to do a uni course only because it typically leads to high paying jobs. I'm not saying it is unimportant but you want to something you're good at and passionate about. Getting a salary of 80k may come once you get a bit of experience in work post-uni but that is pretty far in the future for you.

If you looking for more potential careers linked to maths or chemistry, simply do Google search and some more will come up.

Good Luck with your GCSEs and everything else.
Hard to give a general reply to your question, but employers in chemical industry are pretty good paid as a rule. Teachers and lecturers for natural sciences as well. Same goes for scientist who work in a laboratory. But well-paid? I have no idea.
