Useless Oxford Feedback - E&M

I got rejected from Oxford Pre interview whilst having a 74 score in the TSA and A*A*A*A predicted at A level with AAAA at AS, I requested feedback way back in the beginning of December and had to wait to be given this:

"Based on your UCAS application, which we read with interest, and your TSA score, set against the other applicants, we were not able to offer you an interview. Four tutors who teach Economics and Management considered your application and, as you can imagine, choosing just 6 candidates for admission among the roughly 100 talented students who applied was very difficult."

I wonder what the point of even providing feedback is if it is this useless? My personal theory as to why I was rejected is my PS was based too heavily around management as that was what the majority of my choices leaned towards, which they note as the least important factor of application.

You aren’t entitled to detailed applicant-specific feedback if you got rejected pre-interview (unless I’m mistaken).
