head girl application initiatives and advice please!!!
hey guys!!
i want to apply for head girl at my sixth form but in the application we need to include an initiative for the school. does anyone have any good ideas??
also, this whole head girl application process really competitive and getting kinda toxic 🫤, does anyone have some good ideas that would make me stand out???

Hey! 
Maybe you could find something that's lacking in the school's structure or do something that you as a student would like? I got selected for being the Vice Student President of our school and one of the first things we did as a council was organise more sport events and innovative competitions for the students!
Yeah, school politics can get really toxic at times lol but you have to have an open mind and not worry too much about the drama and whatever else is going around. Obviously being a head girl means you're getting heavily invested into the school's politics, but you'll eventually learn how to flow with it so you should be fine!
About the ideas that would help you stand out, I threw a little humor into my posters
I also made a short campaigning video highlighting a few key things. Maybe you could try these out?
