Question about two similar degree?(Children and adult nursing) or maybe which uni

Hi, I am an international student studying in the UK right now. And I recently received two offers, which are from Surrey (children nursing) and York(adult nursing), both for undergraduate. I am kind of struggling to choose which, as my interest is 51% in children's nursing which I applied at the beginning, and 49% on the adult side. I kind of think adults have a better career I guess, and I pretty much like the view of York, but children seem to be a more professional one.

I appreciate any recommendation on you guys if possible, like how is life in York or Surrey and also which should I choose. Thanks!

Well yes, adults do have better careers than children seeing as children tend to be stil in school and haven't started their career paths yet.
If you mean that you think adult nurses have a better career, then no, that's absolutely not the case. Newly qualified adult/children's/MH/LD nurses and midwives all start at the bottom of band 5. There's career opportunities within every field. It just happens that there's more adult nurses trained and employed than children's nurses as a larger proportion of the population are aged 18+.
