Help!!! - hospital volunteer interview

I have an upcoming interview for a volunteer role at my local hospital, and I need to display 'people skills' for the role. Its my first actual interview and I have no idea what to expect or how to prepare. Does anyone have any advice on preperation or how their volunteering interview went?
All help and advice is appreciated, thanks!!

If it's people skills you need, go into that room with some solid references, and tell them about things such as babysitting experience, or anything that will show them you have experience working with people.
With regards to the interview, make eye contact, smile (but don't go crazy), have good posture and display the 'listening skills' that our primary teachers always told us about!
Keeping you in my prayers!
