Question about two similar degree?(Children and adult nursing) or maybe which uni

Hi, I am an international student studying in the UK right now. And I recently received two offers, which are from Surrey (children nursing) and York(adult nursing), both for undergraduate. I am kind of struggling to choose which, as my interest is 51% in children's nursing which I applied at the beginning, and 49% on the adult side. I kind of think adults have a better career I guess, and I pretty much like the view of York, but children seem to be a more professional one.

I appreciate any recommendation on you guys if possible, like how is life in York or Surrey and also which should I choose. Thanks!
