Accommodation Advice: Goodenough College vs. Robeson House (LSE) – Which one is bette
I’m trying to decide between Goodenough College and Robeson House (LSE) for accommodation. Robeson House is brand new and offers ensuite rooms, but the most affordable option (£215 per week) is very small (8m²) and it’s far from campus. Goodenough College is more central, but it’s more expensive (£243 per week), and I’d have to go for the cheapest room with a shared bathroom.
Has anyone lived in Goodenough College’s shared-bathroom rooms? How was your experience in terms of cleanliness, privacy, and facilities? Also, does anyone know where I can find more reviews from past or current residents?
One more thing—has anyone applied for accommodation at LSE or Goodenough as late as June and still managed to get a place?
Any insights would be super helpful—thanks in advance!
