Apprenticeship GCSE English

I found an apprencticeship in the ministry of defence. They ask for 5 GCSEs including Math and English. I have L3 Access to science, BSc and MSc, all earned in the UK. I have foreign school -leaving qualifications, which I can get compared on UK Enic. However, my english school-leaving qualification can’t be compared to GSCE as I was studying for it as second language. What Can I do to meet the criteria?

I would recommend emailing them directly as they will be able to offer you the best advice.

Just a separate note, but, the RAF have apprenticeships which have no minimum entry requirements e.g RAF cook/chef. It's best to look around at different roles and apprenticeship providers as they may be able to take you on with your current grades. Good luck

i mean a lot of places will want maths and english gcse but you might have something equivalent that they are able to accept. best to get in contact with the employer about it to see if it is something that you would be able to pursue. the employer could also take you on and help you to get your maths and english gcse at the same time because thats not uncommon. alternatively you may have to seek getting the maths and english gcse on your own path.
