Durham Colleges: Hild Bede Location advice!!!!

I am considering choosing Hild Bede as my top choice. It's pretty much perfect for me but my only worry is the location. I would be studying languages and don't know how far I would have to walk to get to my lectures. I would also want to get involved in music and again don't know how far I would have to walk for this. Finally, do Hild Bede students feel isolated from others due to location and miss out on socialising? I don't mind walking at all (within reason) but am more worried about whether this college would limit the activities I can regularly get involved in and the people I can meet. I also don't want to walk over half an hour to each lecture.

This year we were moved to Rushford Court (right under the train station) The walk to your lectures will probably be around 25min, (might be even less depending on your walking speed). I don't really feel isolated, we are fairly close to the city center, and because we were moved to the new site we now have the best accommodation out of all the colleges.
