city uni online interview for children's nursing

I am actually so scared.

I thought it was going to be chill as my cousin who sat the interview for the exact same course told me that she had to go to the uni and do a group interview and said it did not felt like it was 1hr and 45 mins. However i just found out that my interview was going to be held at microsoft teams for 1hr and 45 mins. Is it just going to be me and the interviewer or a group online interview??? I absolutely have no idea. This is also my last interview and i never sat an interview for nursing that took more than 20 minutes and to think i am about to sit an online interview for ONE HOUR AND FOURTY - FIVE MINUTES??!?!?!?!

For anyone who sat an online nursing interview for city uni PLEASE HELP ME. Like please tell me on how to prepare for this interview and what to expect.

(Just to clarify, I am not asking for the questions that they have asked  )

Hey girl. Last year I applied to five unis and all my interviews were online and some were longer than 30 mins only because they give a whole slideshow on the university itself so don’t worry about how long it is. I then went uni for nursing and dropped out lol but I’m applying to City this year for children’s nursing too and I think it’ll just be an online group interview. Don’t worry I can 100% assure you you won’t be alone in the meeting

How long before they sent an email saying that you got an interview did they give you the interview times and all of that

Apologies, I could've worded my question better. I was asking how long did it take for them to email you with the interview date and time, once they've sent the initial email that you've been shortlisted and will be given details of when the interview is.

So on the 20th of January at 14:31, they emailed me asking me to book my interview. I saw the email quite late so at 5pm on the same day they emailed confirming that my interview is booked.

There was like 10 of us and we were put into groups. We were given 3 questions thats all but we had to say our partners answer. It was pretty chill tbh but i was scared because it said it was 1hr and 45 minutes but then i realize that we had to have like 15 minutes in getting to know each other and another 15 minutes to prepare the answers. And everyone has to answer their partners answer so time went really quickly. It did not feel like it was 1hr and 45 minutes

So basically i actually have no idea. The interviewer put me and my partner (randomly selected) into these "rooms". When you are preparing, you can write down your partners answer down and like memorize it. However when reading out your partners answer, you have to make eye contact with the interviewer. Try not to be too dependent on the written answer because everyone will be watching you. Also the interviewer will not be able to hear what you are saying unless he joins in your "groups" or if he puts everyone out of the "rooms" and everyone is there on the screen.

It's against TSR rules to share details of interview question on the forum as it gives an unfair advantage to those who follow.
