part time job communication problems

Hi,
So I recently applied to a job at a bubble tea shop. I came in for a trial shift and a few days later they offered me the job and I accepted.
This is my first job so I am quite excited. The employer asked me to send in my availability to come in for training for the next 2 weeks and I did.
However its been almost 3 weeks since I sent that email. I sent two follow up emails after that and also called the shop to ask. When I called the person who answered said that they would text him my number and tell him to give me a call. I also went into the shop once and asked and the girl working there said the same thing that she would text him and let him know. I still havent had a response from him and I'm getting worried that I'm not being offered the position anymore. If this is the case I would like to be informed but now I really don't know what to do.
