Accommodation and Placements at Uni of Manchester

I've got an offer for Manchester Uni for Adult Nursing and was wondering if placements are reasonably close? I know there's a pretty good public transport system but I don't want to be spending crazy money on transport. Also, accommodation wise I'm looking at Burkhardt House- is it close to the nursing campus and how do people feel about it? Any answers are appreciated :-)

If you look at the accommodation profile, they provide a time for how long it would take to reach campus by walking, bicycle and bus. A map is also provided, which you can use to find the distance to your building. You should be able to find out which building you'll have classes in from the course overview.

Placements should be within a 90-minute journey, and will be somewhere in Central and South Manchester.

And the furthest Halls is Fallowfield, which isn't far on the bus.

I got mainly 7s and 6s- as long as you meet your grade requirements at A Level they don't care as long as you've passed maths and english
