Are we all talking about "Upload new supporting document" section on the Supporting Documents page..?

Reply 41

Does the "upload button" mean the section in the very bottom of the "Supporting Documents" page?

Some people receive offers and rejections during the weekend as well as it's all automated, so there is hope.

For the applicants applied for the same ddl, probably yes

I saw applicants of other programs saying that their button also disappeared last Wednesday, and their offerdocs became 4 after 2 hours of the disappearance

As far as I know, all Msc Sociology applicants' offerdoc is 3 (people whose button has disappeared), idk if long waiting time is a positive or negative sign...hope it is a positive sign!

As far as I understand they send out replies in batches with the norm in most departments being that the rejections are sent out first and then the offers (although both of these won't all come at the same time). I don't know specifically about sociology though. I wouldn't ponder the whole button thing too much though, as long as some people's button is still there I doubt they will start sending out replies. My button has yet to disappear - this is probably also the case for other applicants beside me

Guys an offer holder from another thread post this and is very helpful! Forget about the button thing!

Original:Guys, I got an offer for the MSc in REES!
I just wanted to share that the trick with docs really works, but it only changes from 3 to 4 once you actually receive the offer. Mine changed, and two hours later, I received the offer in Self Service. Half an hour after that, I got the email. As for the button, it disappeared for me about five days ago, and docs stayed at 3 until today. So, the disappearance of the button doesn’t mean anything until you receive the email, so there’s no need to worry about it. And the docs changing from 3 to 4 happens no more than a day before the email, meaning you’ll find out your result on the same day anyway!
Wishing you all the best of luck!
