Conditional Offer Dundee Uni

Hey,
Have received a conditional offer from Dundee University.

the offer is subject to you obtaining:
Grade B at Scottish higher level in 1 subject excluding English or a B in 1 academic modules and complete academic and professional skills in the online access summer school.

What i need to know is
I already have 2 highers at grade B in Modern studies and Business.
Entry requirements for the course is BBBC for MA Education and its states you need you need a B in higher English

With the above stating Excluding English, do i still need the English higher? if they do want English they are then asking me for 4 highers at grade B? nothing mention about a C.

any advice would be appreciated.
