Body transformation

Hi guys I want to transform my body comparison like Ryan Reynolds from deadpool or Robby Keen in cobra Kai. If you guys know who that is.

But in order I f that goal most of it requires diet and I have a job in which I don’t really have much time to spend in the kitchen. As I don’t want spend sometime cooking.

Much rather have all the meals prepped for a month or two. But it’s quit expensive to have meals lasting up two three to six months. Do you guys have any advice on this?
Cook meals with cheap and less ingredients. I have not a better idea, but still.
