Babcock 2025 Degree Apprenticeship

Hi, has anyone else applied for a Degree Apprenticeship with Babcock?
Just received an email saying I've been successful at the online testing stage.
Applied for Tech - Software Engineering

I applied for the Electro-Mechanical degree apprenticeship on Monday, should get the email for the online tests this week. What are they like? How long after you completed them did you get the email saying you were successful at that stage?

Bruh I did the online assessment for the Finance Apprenticeship like pre Christmas, have yet to hear back
Like they gave me the feedback pdf that you got back in December, not a peep after that I wonder if they just ghost people they reject

Nope haven't received anything. Did you get this email the other day?
"Thank you for your patience following your success at our online testing stage. As we indicated we are continuing to review all candidates who have been successful at the testing stage, and we are not yet able to confirm assessments. However, we wanted to assure you that you are still under active consideration for a place on this apprenticeship programme".

yes received this email on the 4th of feb, then received a call a next day saying i have an interview

Thanks! and I think they’re still considering other candidates as they said this in my email. “We are delighted to let you know that you have been selected in our first group of candidates to attend an assessment with us.” They said I’m in their first group so they should be sending out more invitations.
However I did check the role details on gov.uk site and it said that there are 2 positions available for the swe role, so its going to be pretty competitive.

did my AC yesterday and it went really well, interviewers were really happy with me and said I’ll get final decision in 1-2 weeks. within 18 hours I received an email saying I got rejected and I assume it was because of security clearance, I’m not a british national and have limited duration on my visa.
to be eligible for apprenticeship funding you have to have a visa that covers entire course duration without getting it renewed lol
