I'm currently a 1st year student at the University of Manchester studying psychology and really want to transfer to Cardiff University to finish my degree (2nd and 3rd years) there as I'm from Cardiff and I really want to be home and no longer like it in Manchester anymore. Is it still possible to transfer now as I have missed the UCAS deadline so I cannot apply for anything on there now.

Hi,
Yes I believe you can transfer. You will need to apply through UCAS, and you can show your prior experience and proof of current studies. Sorry to hear you are not enjoying Manchester. I do love Cardiff, and hope you will love it as much too. Heres some more details about recognition of prior learning https://www.cardiff.ac.uk/?a=1154191 Hope this helps, and let me know if you have any other questions!

Hey, I’m in the exact same boat as you right now. Can I ask how things went for you?
