Should I be worried about fee status?

Applied for Computer Science on the 10th of October and recently got a message on King's Apply asking to prove my settlement status (which I assume means that they believe I am a home student). I was intending on paying international fees, but does this mean that I have made a mistake on my UCAS application and thus all the other universities I have applied to are considering me as a home student? I have recieved 1 offer from a university with the offer much below my PGs.

Should I do anything / should I be worried about this?
You need to check what you put in your application and if there is a mistake, then you need to tell universities about it

On my nationality section I've put "No" to "Settled or Pre-settled status in the UK", but in the "Where you live" section I've put "Settled in the UK" (my family is living in the UK rn). Can I assume that unis have considered me as a home student?
I think the only way to clear it up is speaking to the universities, and King's first. Anyway, are you sure international status is correct?

Should I email the university that I got an offer from first, asking what they've considered me as then emailing King's (they didn't even reply to my submission of documents for the fee status confirmation.)

As for international status, I am 99% certain that I will be paying international fees.
You need to speak to all the ones you've applied to be totally sure but it sounds like to me that they just want proof that you are allowed to be in the UK, regardless of fee status
