Is immersion (listening to French daily) worth it atp Feb exam in May

I don't know if immersing myself in the French language will be much benefit to me in 3 months as it is a bit late. Should I focus on memorising grade 9 complex sentences instead (any techniques?)

Even if it's too late to get the full benefit of it, it's definitely not too late to gain significant benefit from it. And for memorising grade 9 sentences and phrases, you really don't need to know very many to be able to get them in. Two or three subjunctive phrases and two or three idioms will be enough. Bien que + subjunctive (although) or pour que + subjunctive (so that) are some good examples because you can get them in somewhere no matter what you have to write about

It could help, but there are more focused things you could do that may have a bigger impact. Have a look at The Ideal Teacher Language School on YouTube - there's a playlist called: GCSE FRENCH | HOW TO GET GRADE 9 | 4,5,6,7&8! (Tips from a Teacher) [copy and paste it] there's also stuff to help improve listening skills and it's certainly doable in three months.
