Hello there everybody. I am a first year Adult Student Nurse. Currently on my second placement. I am struggling with the ePAD. Can anybody help me with what is expected on the initial interview questions. Please. Thank you.

Registered nurse and practice assessor here.
The NMC guidance may be the same, but actual institutuion (university) wording is different... so, if you can give exactly what the inital interview questions are, I'll be able to give some sort of help (all it says for my students at first year is "Learner to identify learning and development needs (with guidance from the Practice Supervisor or Practice Assessor")
