Ask a long term unemployed person anything

I think it's the second time I'm doing one of these threads?

Unemployed for a year and a half after graduating in the summer of 2023.

Ask anything you want.

Hi @Thisismyunitsr I don't know if you have done all of this but, this is my tips:

1) Try reaching out to recruiters on Linkedin if you haven done this yet.

2) Networking is also very important in term of job search nowdays. There are lots of networking event in London (not sure where you live) But you can find such events on a website called Event. You will get to meet lots of interesting people, recruiters and employers.

3) Be active on LinkedIn might also help.

4) Most important thing, don't just apply through websites like Indeed or other similar sites. I recommend to search a company you are interested in- go into their homepage and apply through their website.
