Physics question help please

Hi, please could I have some help on page 13 part ii of this paper. The area is 20.1cm^2 and I thought 1cm^2 is equal to 0.25*2.5*10^-5 but the ms says this isnt correct?

Which paper are you referring to?
CAIE, AQA, Edexcel or OCR?

20.1cm^2 = 20.1 x 10^-4 m^2
